Terms of Service – Every Events

Welcome to Every Events! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms so we can make your celebration smooth and stress-free.

Our Services

We plan and coordinate all types of events, including baby showers, parties, weddings, and custom occasions.

Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your event.
Bookings are only confirmed once your deposit has been received.

Cancellations

If you cancel more than 14 days before: deposit is non-refundable, but other payments will be returned.
If you cancel within 7 days of the event: no refunds will be issued.
If Every Events cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments made.

Your Responsibilities

Please provide accurate event details and let us know about changes as soon as possible.
Clients are responsible for permits or venue requirements (unless agreed otherwise).

Suppliers & Venues

We may suggest or work with third-party suppliers (like caterers, DJs, florists). While we do our best to choose trusted partners, we are not responsible for their performance.

If we book services or items on your behalf (such as décor, catering, entertainment, etc.), that supplier’s own cancellation and refund policies will apply in addition to ours.

Liability

Every Events cannot be held liable for issues beyond our control (e.g. bad weather, supplier problems, venue restrictions).
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us for your booking.

Photos & Marketing

We love to showcase our work! With your consent, we may use non-confidential photos or testimonials from your event in our portfolio or marketing.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available here on our website.
